Stick-On Hangers

These are a great low-cost option. One baton of wood sticks directly to the top and another to the bottom of the print with adhesive tape. Pine wood, left untreated to paint or stain should you wish. Lovingly made by hand in our very own headquarters here in Cornwall.

Shipping

We fulfil and ship all our products ourselves from our H.Q in Cornwall, UK. We ship to the UK, the USA and the rest of the world via our website. For orders destined for Europe we recommend using our Etsy site in order to have all the correct customs charges due since Brexit.

**Please note - due to the size and dimension of our products we may send them in separate shipments**

We aim to process orders on the same or the following business day sent within the UK using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.

For orders to the USA and R.O.W we use Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow 5-9 business days from when your order has shipped. Once your order has reached the destination country it is then transferred to the national Postal Service, for example in the USA this is USPS. Please note - we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service but we're here to help whenever there is a problem. We allow a further 21 business days before investigating missing items to allow any delays to make their way through the system. The cost of shipping is based on weight and dimension of the items in your cart. You can add and remove items to your cart to check the shipping fees before committing to a purchase.

Can I add other items from the website to my pre-order to be delivered at the same time?

No, we can only process pre-order items in one transaction. If you want to purchase something from our site that is available to ‘buy now’ please place a separate order for these items as we cannot hold pre-order and readily available items simultaneously, to ship together. As a small business we are limited to the options we can provide in our system and limited by the functionality of our software, so pre-orders must be placed separately to buy-now items. Understandably, you may want to save on shipping costs in which case, we suggest you place a direct order for all your items once the pre-order campaign has ended in October 2025.

Where are you based? Do you deliver to the US?

Our studio is located in Cornwall, UK. We post out all our items directly from our H.Q to anywhere in the world, including the USA.

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts at £3.99 for mainland UK orders. USA orders start at $19.95. All shipping costs are calculated at check-out and are dependent on weight/dimension.

What are your shipping times?

2-3 business days anywhere in the UK from dispatch. 5-9 business days for the rest of the world.

Do you sell wholesale?

We sell some of our items wholesale. Please contact us directly on info@moonphasestudios.com including your website or social business links and we can discuss this directly with you.

What do I do if I think my item is lost?

If you have waited longer than our shipping times then please contact us asap on info@moonphasestudios.com . There is very little we can do once an item is in the postal system but we pride ourselves on great customer service and will do anything we can to assist you.

Can items be shipped to multiple addresses?

No, unfortunately not. We can only ship to one address on the order. If you want items to go to different addresses please place two separate orders.

When does the pre-launch offer end?

The discounted pre-order offers will cease at the end of September (TBC). Moon Phase Studios hold the right to withdraw pre-orders before this date.

When will pre-sale orders be shipped and how will I know when it is on its way?

All pre-orders are being dispatched during September 2025. Once a pre-order has been placed, you will receive email updates notifying you of your order status. Once your pre-order is dispatched you will receive tracking details as usual.

What if I change my mind about my pre order?

If you change your mind about placing your pre-order please contact us on info@moonphasestudios.com immediately.

What will the prices be after the pre-launch sale has ended?

Our “Buy Now” price for the 13 Moon Journal will increase from £36 to £39. The Signature Set will increase from £55 to £62. The Complete Moon Collection will increase from £99 to £120
