SHIPPING

We fulfil and ship all our products ourselves from our H.Q in Cornwall, UK. We currently ship to the UK, Europe, Canada, USA and the rest of the world via our website. We are always increasing the locations we ship to, so if you cannot add your location to the checkout, please contact us to see if we can assist you. Contact Us

**Please note - due to the size and dimension of our products we may send them in separate shipments**

We aim to process orders on the same or the following business day sent within the UK using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.

For orders to Europe, USA, Canada and R.O.W we use Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow 5-9 business days from when your order has shipped. Once your order has reached the destination country it is then transferred to the national Postal Service, for example in the USA this is USPS. Please note - we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service but we're here to help whenever there is a problem. We allow a further 21 business days before investigating missing items to allow any delays to make their way through the system. The cost of shipping is based on weight and dimension of the items in your cart. You can add and remove items to your cart to check the shipping fees before committing to a purchase.

DUTIES & TARIFFS

Depending on your location you may incur an additional tariff or duty applied at checkout to your shipping fee.

All orders destined for the USA now include a 10% charge of the subtotal which allows orders to clear customs and require no further charges to the customer.

Please note:

• Tariff fees are non-refundable

• Tariff fees are paid to the destination country customs authorities

• No surprise fees upon arrival

• Applicable tariff (or duty) is added to the shipping fee

EXAMPLE

If your cart value is $100 (USA dollars) then you will accrue an additional 10% tariff value of $10. The shipping fee is not applicable to tariff charges and will remain at the standard rate. Items under 2kg to the USA currently cost $19.95 shipping.

Shipping : $19.95

Order total: $129.95
