Elevate your altar space with this beautiful art piece in which to meditate and focus the mind. Create a further connection through the educational booklet which shares the historical significance of each sabbat. Also included are rituals and visualisations to practise during each season cultivating a deeper tie to nature and strengthens your place within it.

This two-piece product has been lovingly crafted by illustrator Anna Alsop for Moon Phase Studios. Anna has a keen eye for detail and a high level of illustrative skills as shown in the intricate artwork. The reverse side of the booklet also contains a stunning visual representation of the Holly King and the Oak King; the personification of summer and winter symbolic of light, dark, crop renewal and growth.

Both the art print and the concertina booklet are decorated in intricate copper foil detailing.

Print measures 420mm x 450mm
Concertina booklet measures 140mm x 80mm. Extends to 665mm when fully expanded.

Print will be rolled and packaged in a cardboard tube inside a triangular box exterior package to house the concertina booklet. External packaging measures 101mm x 483mm.

Shipping

We fulfil and ship all our products ourselves from our H.Q in Cornwall, UK. We ship to the UK, the USA and the rest of the world via our website. For orders destined for Europe we recommend using our Etsy site in order to have all the correct customs charges due since Brexit.

We aim to process orders on the same or the following business day sent within the UK using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.

For orders to the USA and R.O.W we use Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow 5-9 business days from when your order has shipped. Once your order has reached the destination country it is then transferred to the national Postal Service, for example in the USA this is USPS. Please note - we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service but we're here to help whenever there is a problem. We allow a further 21 business days before investigating missing items to allow any delays to make their way through the system. Also, the wheel of the year booklet that comes with it is such a nice touch. A nice little guide to the eight sabbats. Again, really pleased with the quality of that too.

Where are you based? Do you deliver to the US?

Our studio is located in Cornwall, UK. We post out all our items directly from our H.Q to anywhere in the world, including the USA.

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts at £3.99 for mainland UK orders. USA orders start at $14.50. All shipping costs are calculated at check-out and are dependent on weight/dimension.

What are your shipping times?

2-3 business days anywhere in the UK from dispatch. 5-9 business days for the rest of the world.

Do you sell wholesale?

We sell some of our items wholesale. Please contact us directly on info@moonphasestudios.com including your website or social business links and we can discuss this directly with you.

What do I do if I think my item is lost?

If you have waited longer than our shipping times then please contact us asap on info@moonphasestudios.com . There is very little we can do once an item is in the postal system but we pride ourselves on great customer service and will do anything we can to assist you.

Can items be shipped to multiple addresses?

No, unfortunately not. We can only ship to one address on the order. If you want items to go to different addresses please place two separate orders.

I placed a pre-order and another item from your website. When will I receive my other item?

If you order another item alongside a pre-order item, then your non pre order item will be dispatched straight away. Pre orders will be dispatched separately.

When does the pre-launch offer end?

The discounted pre-order offers will cease at the end of September (TBC). Moon Phase Studios hold the right to withdraw pre-orders before this date.

When will pre-sale orders be shipped and how will I know when it is on its way?

All pre-orders are being dispatched around the end of October / Start of November 2024. Once a pre-order has been placed, you will receive regular email updates notifying you of your order status. Once your pre-order is dispatched you will receive tracking details as usual.

What if I change my mind about my pre order?

What will the prices be after the pre-launch sale has ended?

Our “Buy Now” price for the 13 Moon Journal will increase from £35 to £38. Please see the other bundle listings for their “Buy Now” price.

Can I add items to my pre order once it has been placed and paid for?

Unfortunately once a pre-order is a placed we cannot combine other items onto it as it is already in our system. We can however completely cancel and refund your pre-order so you can place a whole new order for all the items you want. Please contact us at info@moonphasestudios.com to assist you with this.
