To aim for your orders arrive before Christmas, please place them by the following deadlines and read the important information regarding shipping.
We'll continue to fulfil and post out all orders until our last collection on Monday 23rd December but we recommend ordering by these dates if you want to receive them before Christmas:
USA - THURSDAY 5th December 2024
CANADA - We're unable to process any orders to Canada due to postal strikes. Unfortunately Royal Mail will not accept anything going to Canada at all, so we're unable to take any orders until the strikes are over.
UK - THURSDAY 19th December 2024
EUROPE - Orders for Europe are processed through our Etsy site as they handle the taxes and imports due since Brexit. Recommended last shipping date for Europe is Wednesday 11th December.

NB: We cannot guarantee that orders placed by the specified Christmas shipping deadlines will arrive in time for Christmas, as delivery timing is ultimately dependent on the carriers once the order has been dispatched.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders by the next working day which will be sent by Royal Mail 48hr tracked. Larger, heavier orders will be sent with DHL. We do not currently have any options for express delivery other than our usual carrier options.

We are back in the warehouse on Friday 27th December which will be the first postal collection since the Christmas holidays. Please note there will also be no collection on Wednesday 1st January.
