We fulfil and ship all our products ourselves from our H.Q in Cornwall, UK. We ship to the UK, the USA and the rest of the world via our website. For orders destined for Europe we recommend using our Etsy site in order to have all the correct customs charges due since Brexit.

We aim to process orders on the same or the following business day sent within the UK using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.

For orders to the USA and R.O.W we use Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow 5-9 business days from when your order has shipped. Once your order has reached the destination country it is then transferred to the national Postal Service, for example in the USA this is USPS. Please note - we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service but we're here to help whenever there is a problem. We allow a further 21 business days before investigating missing items to allow any delays to make their way through the system. I received my second Moon journal. My first year’s experience was so positive I had to get another. My life was much improved by following the cycles. What timezone zone is the 13 Moon Journal in?

We have two time zones for the 13 Moon Journal: Pacific Standard Time and London Greenwich Mean time. You will automatically receive the journal suited to the country from which you place your order. If you would like to specifically change this, then please contact us before placing your order and we can arrange this for you.

When does the journal start/end?

The journal begins on the 30th December 2024 (the last new moon of 2024) and follows 13 New Moon cycles to the 19th December 2025.

What type of paper is it printed on?

The journal internal pages are 140gsm uncoated matt in Forest Society Certified paper. The binding is stitched, not glued for a premium writing experience.

What is the tracking box for?

The tracking box allows you to find any correlation between something personal to you and the moon’s phases. This could be a menstrual cycle, headaches, energy levels etc. It is also a great tool for those without a menstrual cycle, who can follow the moon’s phases to live in a cyclical rhythm.

How do I use the Venn Diagram?

The venn diagram combines three aspects of the lunar cycle ahead:

the current season and Moon feast name
the astrological stand point of the new moon (starting point)
the astrological stand point of the full moon (goal to work towards)

By considering these three things we can evaluate how the lunar cycle will begin and where it shall take us. The venn diagram allows a moment to brainstorm your intentions and goals for the month ahead.

Will you be selling the electronic version of the Journal as part of the pre order bundle?

No, the digital version of the 2025 journal will not be ready for sale until November 2024 and will not be part of our pre-order offer.

Can I add items to my pre order once it has been placed and paid for?

Unfortunately once a pre-order is a placed we cannot combine other items onto it as it is already in our system. We can however completely cancel and refund your pre-order so you can place a whole new order for all the items you want. Please contact us at info@moonphasestudios.com to assist you with this.

What will the prices be after the pre-launch sale has ended?

Our “Buy Now” price for the 13 Moon Journal will increase from £35 to £38. Please see the other bundle listings for their “Buy Now” price.

What if I change my mind about my pre order?

When will pre-sale orders be shipped and how will I know when it is on its way?

All pre-orders are being dispatched around the end of October / Start of November 2024. Once a pre-order has been placed, you will receive regular email updates notifying you of your order status. Once your pre-order is dispatched you will receive tracking details as usual.

When does the pre-launch offer end?

The discounted pre-order offers will cease at the end of September (TBC). Moon Phase Studios hold the right to withdraw pre-orders before this date.

I placed a pre-order and another item from your website. When will I receive my other item?

If you order another item alongside a pre-order item, then your non pre order item will be dispatched straight away. Pre orders will be dispatched separately.

Can items be shipped to multiple addresses?

No, unfortunately not. We can only ship to one address on the order. If you want items to go to different addresses please place two separate orders.

What do I do if I think my item is lost?

If you have waited longer than our shipping times then please contact us asap on info@moonphasestudios.com . There is very little we can do once an item is in the postal system but we pride ourselves on great customer service and will do anything we can to assist you.

Do you sell wholesale?

We sell some of our items wholesale. Please contact us directly on info@moonphasestudios.com including your website or social business links and we can discuss this directly with you.

What are your shipping times?

2-3 business days anywhere in the UK from dispatch. 5-9 business days for the rest of the world.

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts at £3.99 for mainland UK orders. USA orders start at $14.50. All shipping costs are calculated at check-out and are dependent on weight/dimension.

Where are you based? Do you deliver to the US?

Our studio is located in Cornwall, UK. We post out all our items directly from our H.Q to anywhere in the world, including the USA.
